In this Assassins Creed 3 Episode 1: Inside Gaming we go deep into the schematics of the game. As you know, this is based on the American Revolution. Not only does this mean, the game is really explosive, but it is really historical. The research built into the game with the combat system, the weaponry, and even the naval companies ? just extraordinary. Combining the American Revolution (a realistic and very influential time period) and the fictional elements of Assassins Creed makes a really risky but very dynamic title.

i think what?s really cool is getting the language and the whole vernacular of the time down. The character Connor or his real name, Ratohnhak?:ton, is a mix between British and Native American. As you can see this mix is crazy because the British wanted to basically put the New England world back into the kingdom. The future Americans wanted to break away to set their own democracy. The Native AMericans wanted to retain their way of life and did not want to lose the landed they held sacred for many millenniums. This kind of juxtaposition of the way this game plays, history and the events playing into now really makes the game stand out amongst others.

I love how they did their best to reflect the cultures, customs and the like in the game to make it as real as it possibly can. The seamless pictures and the flow takes me now to talk about the game engine. This AnvilNext engine is the truth. The way the seasons change, the transitions between night and day is just incredible. UbiSoft definitely did the dayum thing when it came to this aspect. Also, Connor becomes well immersed in the terrain whether it?s a huge sail on the ocean, the breeze of fall, the harsh snow and winter temperatures ? it?s all great.
